Salsa Futsal Santa Clarita Welcomes New Technical Director, Alfredo Sainz
Salsa Futsal Santa Clarita is proud to announce the addition of Alfredo Sainz as our new Technical Director. Born in Bolivia and raised on futsal, Alfredo has lived and breathed the game from day one. At just 18 years old, he signed a professional contract with the Red Bull Freestyle Team, showcasing his talent on the global stage. His career also includes training with Bolivia’s first division side, Club Jorge Wilstermann, and becoming a sponsored athlete with the iconic street football brand, Calle.
After relocating to California, Alfredo founded Insainz — a training academy dedicated to sharpening technical skills and creating clear pathways for young players to reach their highest potential. His training philosophy is intense, focused, and deeply rooted in creativity, making him an ideal fit for the vision and mission of Salsa Futsal.
With over two decades of experience, Alfredo is a true ambassador for street soccer and futsal. He has collaborated with Nike on multiple campaigns, helping push the culture forward while staying connected to grassroots communities. Since 2003, he has hosted numerous street soccer and futsal events, blending high-level competition with the authentic energy that defines the spirit of the game.
We are thrilled to have Alfredo lead our Santa Clarita program as we continue to grow, inspire, and develop the next generation of futsal players.
